Attention, Racers!

Summer might have come to a close, but that doesn’t mean the fun has to end! This year, Chaos Karts has been celebrating summer, maybe harder than ever before, from our in-house decorations to The Glam Prix event and even the return of one of your favourite tracks, here’s what we’ve been up to in the summer of '25. 

The Glam Prix 

Ever seen a literal, real life drag race? Well, The Glam Prix event, featuring drag queens such as our extra special host, Kyran Thrax, winner of RuPaul’s Drag Race UK Season 6, was all the entertainment you’ve ever desired.

With Sophia Stardust, Yshee Black, Big Dee, Dahliah Rivers, Arrow and Kobrah going head-to-head in our Chaos Karts attraction, alongside a star-studded roster of influencers spectating the calamity, it was nothing short of glamorous.

Wigs were snatched, heels went flying, the crowd was positively gagged!

That may have been a little over exaggerated, but you get the picture. While the final checkered flag has been waved, and the Queens have returned to their queendoms, this doesn’t mean that The Glam Prix can’t make a comeback in the future.

The Proud Trust 

Across August we were proud to partner with The Proud Trust, a wonderful charity that improves the lives of LGBTQ+ young people.

Through their regional youth work and national support services, The Proud Trust empower LGBTQ+ young people and the adults in their lives to create positive change for the future.

Their work is building a safer environment for LGBTQ+ young people to thrive and achieve their full potential in all spaces they exist.

"We do this because we believe all LGBTQ+ young people deserve to live happy, fulfilling lives. We won't stop until true equality is a reality for all LGBTQ+ young people."

You asked, we listened!

We like to view Chaos Karts as a live-service experience. It’s important to us to keep the game feeling fun, fresh and ever evolving.

That’s why we’re pleased to announce that we’ve heard your requests, and we’ve rotated a fan-favourite track back into the track pool: Daytona Beach!

Here, you can reverse into the sunny rays of summer, smell that salt air, and wreak havoc along the pier. 

Make sure you keep an eye out for those pesky crabs, though! They may look friendly, but trust us, they’re the exact opposite - unless of course, you decide to get a plushie crab from the front of house area, those ones are adorable.

Decorations 

If you paid us a visit in the last few weeks of August, you’ll have noticed our beautiful pride decorations, with an array of progress flags adorning the venue.

We want to make sure that everyone feels safe and welcome at the Arcade Arena, so it’s important to all of us to show our pride in our staff, our guests and our wider community.
